Background:
Opifer is the result of years of dedicated research in the real estate field. Jonathan and Lauren Li teamed up to explore various aspects of the industry. Noticing that in a depressed economy, many people were struggling with their mortgage payments, they soon realized that they wanted to specialize in helping people in this predicament. They further studied the concept of short sales and applied it to a test case. Pleased with the highly-effective results, they committed to loss mitigation full time.
