"In the beginning of this year, I saw a sign about stopping foreclosure, so I figured I’d call to see what it was all about. Daniel answered the phone right away, and gave me a lot of information. I decided to go ahead with the short sale because I was so far behind on my mortgage, I just wanted to get rid of the house.
